Gemma has worked with Fierce on various projects since June 2008 and has recently taken up a new role with us as Virtual Office Manager and Trainee Producer.

She has recently finished a Masters in Creative and Cultural Management and has a degree in Drama and Theatre Studies. Following her first degree Gemma worked in a commercial setting and developed the transferable skills she still uses today: people management, working to deadlines, maintaining and establishing relationships, marketing and developed technical capabilities. Since working with Fierce she was been a core member of the team when delivering events, projects and with audience engagement.

Gemma has also worked with organisations such as Audiences Central and the Royal Shakespeare Company and is actively developing her own projects, the most recent called SHOP. Her interests are eclectic with particular focus on live, performance and interdisciplinary work.

She also makes “a lovely cup of tea when you really need one”.
